How the Yahtzee® scorecard works
Each player gets 13 turns and fills exactly one box per turn. You may roll up to three times per turn and keep any dice between rolls.
Upper section
In the boxes for ones through sixes, only dice showing that number count. Three fours in the fours box score 12. With 63 or more in the upper section you get a 35-point bonus.

The sheet only accepts values that five dice can actually produce. In the threes box you can choose 3, 6, 9, 12 or 15, but not 10.
Variants and house rules
The 100-point bonus for extra 5 of a kinds is on by default and can be switched off. The Scandinavian Yatzy variant with pairs and a 50-point bonus is coming as its own score sheet.

FAQ
How does the upper section bonus work?
If your upper section adds up to 63 or more, you get 35 extra points. 63 is exactly three of each number: three ones, three twos and so on. The score sheet shows how many points each player still needs.
What if a roll fits no box?
You have to scratch an open box and score 0 there. Pick "Scratch (0)" in the score sheet. Scratched boxes are shown crossed out.
How do extra 5 of a kinds score?
Under US rules, every further 5 of a kind after you scored 50 in that box is worth a 100-point bonus. Turn the rule on or off under "Players and rules", then count the extras in their own row.
What is the highest possible score?
Without extra bonuses the maximum is 375: five of each number in the upper section plus the bonus, and the top value in every lower box. With the 100-point rule there is no fixed maximum.
Is my game saved?
Yes. The game stays saved in your browser, even if you close the page. There is no account and nothing is sent to a server.
Can I print the score sheet?
Yes. "Print" prints the sheet with the current players. Start a new game first for a blank sheet.
